Dale Longfellow

Dale grew up in Lewistown, MT and and received a nomination to the Naval Academy in the early 60’s. Dale has been a licensed insurance agent since 1965. He is currently licensed in 43 states. His early insurance career started with C.I. T. Financial Services. When he was assigned to the Denver Region, he was the youngest manager with the responsibility of the largest office. The training received encompassed Life, Disability, VSI, and Property/Casualty.
In Billings, MT he was a producer for an independent agency and handled large commercial Property/Casualty accounts for nearly ten years. It was during this period of time that he developed three of the large national accounts that he continues to handle today. Due to the success of these national programs, Hobson Insurance is now the recommended agency for 8 national buying groups and associations.
Dale is the Mayor of Hobson, Chairman of the Board of the Central Montana Medical Center Foundation, Chairman of the Board for the Central Montana Regional Water Authority, and on the Board of Directors for the Wells Fargo Bank in Lewistown. Dale has served as President of the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Montana as well as President of the Montana Insurance Education Foundation.

Obtained her professional business experience while she was employed at Deluxe Check Printers in Billings, MT for 17 years. She became a licensed insurance agent in October of 1994. Kathy has a genuine love of people coupled with her energetic enthusiasm gives her a good fit to work with personal lines. She is also responsible for the agency accounting and management system.

Kristy graduated with honors, receiving her B.S. from Arizona State University in 1994 and her M.S. in Physical Therapy from University of Colorado in 1996. She joined Hobson Insurance in 2002 after obtaining her health, life, property, and casualty insurance licenses. By the end of 2003, Kristy successfully completed all Certified Insurance Counselor coursework and received her Professional CIC designation. She is on the Executive Board of Montana Young Agents and is the head of Sales & Marketing at Hobson Insurance. With her intense energy and genuine concern for customers, Kristy is able to provide superior service and insurance products to fit specific needs.
Kristy is a volunteer EMT on the Hobson and the Lewistown ambulance. She also serves on the Lewistown Chamber of Commerce Board and enjoys giving back to the community.

Misty Kriskovich started her insurance career at an early age doing the filing in her Dad’s office. In 1997, she received her B.A. from Montana State University in Psychology. That same year, she obtained her insurance licenses and joined the family business, Hobson Insurance. In 2001, she earned the Certified Insurance Counselors professional designation and she is currently pursuing the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter courses. She currently manages the Commercial Insurance Department for Hobson Insurance, which services seven national buying groups with licenses in 43 states. She was awarded the Commercial Achievement Award from Safeco Insurance in 1999. Also due primarily to the success of their commercial program, the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America selected Hobson Insurance as a 2004 Best Practices Agency.
Misty and her husband, Craig, have 3 wonderful daughters. She is an active member of the Hobson Methodist Church, president of the Hobson Community Club, and board member of the Central Montana Safe Kids Safe Communities, Hobson School Board Trustee, and Montana Young Agents Committee Secretary & Information Director. In 2005, she was awarded the Montana CSR of the Year and National CSR of the Year.

Carol is a local girl who joined our agency September 15, 2003 and has shown to be an asset from the first day. Carol was attending MSU-Northern and seeking a degree in business technology when she joined our agency. From the start it has been apparent that she has an aptitude for insurance coupled with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
As our personal lines manager with an eye to detail we can depend on her accuracy when preparing and presenting quotes. Carol has successfully obtained her property, casualty, health, and life insurance licenses. She also specializes in group and individual health insurance and is skilled at matching customer needs with the best package.
Carol is now pursuing her CISR professional designation. We are so happy to have her and know that she will be with us for many years to come.

Theresa graduated from Montana State University in Bozeman in the fall of 2005 with a double major in Agribusiness Management and Economics. She joined Hobson Insurance’s Commercial Department in the spring of 2006 after moving back to the family farm and ranch where she and her husband will work. Theresa is excited to work towards gaining more knowledge in the insurance industry.

Britney grew up in the Central Montana area where she worked with her mom at their family restaurant in Stanford. She is a 2003 graduate from White Sulphur Springs and was finishing up a Medical Billing course online when she joined Hobson Insurance in the Summer of 2007. Britney is a delight on the phones and very excited to learn all aspects of the insurance industry.

Kim graduated from MSU-Northern with a degree in Business and minor in Agriculture. She spent several years serving customers in the natural resources field and the farm supply/grain elevator industry. Kim joined the Commercial Lines department in August 2007 and is excited to gain knowledge of the insurance industry. When not at the office, Kim, her husband, and their three children are always busy with family and friends.
